Captain Billy Hershey has over 30 years experience fishing in South Florida and Bahamas. Hershey owns a white 40-foot Sports Fisherman fishing boat, The Crack’n Crab. He says, “I take people out for half-day (six hours, instead of four) and full day charters for sailfish, sharks, dolphins, tuna, and cobia, whatever is biting. We had a charter on which we caught eight dolphins and a pair of black fin tuna. Whatever fish they catch, we cook it for them. We’ll broil, grill or fry it compliments of Billy, and throw in some hash browns or French fries. We can take up to six people out at a time. You’ll be treated as if you were seated at a table in the restaurant. He adds. “Service is our top priority after all. We make sure you’re pampered and leave with nice memories.”
